About Us

DirectMark is a strategic marketing consulting group primarily consisting of the principal, George Miller, and his network of associates that provide their respective expertise on an ad hoc basis.

George Miller had previously been a senior marketing executive with both Fortune 100 companies and start-up organizations.  He provides extensive experience and a passion for building data-driven marketing strategies and capabilities.  He has an expertise in testing and hands-on experience building marketing departments with a proven track record in driving dramatic increases in ROI, acquisition and retention.

Mr. Miller helped implement Capital One’s pioneering development of their highly successful analytic, test-learn marketing strategy.  He later went on to build the direct-to-consumer marketing departments for both Fleet Bank and Kaiser Permanente, driving dramatic results including a 30% increase in account sales and a 500% ROI in retention campaigns.  As the VP of Digital Marketing at the cutting-edge digital media firm, [X+1], he provided behaviorally targeted offers and delivered campaigns for icons such as AOL.

Prior to establishing his marketing consulting firm, DirectMark,  Mr. Miller had been leading Time Warner Cable’s direct marketing group that annually provided 150 million consumer outreaches in acquisition, cross-sell and retention campaigns.
